The summary of the 5th National Coal Standardization Technical Committee and the establishment meeting of the 6th Technical Committee were held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province from December 13th to 14th, 2013. Gu Shaoxiong, Deputy Chief Engineer of Guohua Technology, Yan Ruimin, Director, and Wang Dan attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the Coal Selection Branch of the National Coal Standardization Technical Committee organized 13 experts to review the coal industry standard "Test Methods and Judgment Rules for Coal Flotation Machine Process Performance" drafted by Guohua Technology. Vice Chief Engineer Gu Shaoxiong, on behalf of the standard drafting group, introduced the main content and basis of the standard (draft) proposal and development to the experts, and explained the process and handling of the draft standard (draft) proposal. The experts at the meeting had a serious discussion and inquiry on the necessity of formulating the standard, the integrity of the standard (draft) materials submitted for review, the progressiveness, scientificity and practicality of the standard's technical content, and the normalization of the standard (draft) preparation. On this basis, the standard (draft) draft submitted for review was reviewed chapter by chapter, article by article, and sentence by sentence. The experts attending the meeting thought that the technical content of the industry standard Test Methods and Judgment Rules for Coal Flotation Machine Process Performance was correct, the basis for formulation was sufficient, the writing format was standardized, and the standard was scientific, progressiveness, and practical. They agreed to pass the standard review.
At the establishment meeting of the 6th National Coal Standardization Technical Committee, with the approval of the National Standardization Management Committee, Yan Ruimin, the director of Guohua Science and Technology Research Institute, was elected as a member of the 6th National Coal Standardization Technical Committee and issued a certificate, creating conditions for Guohua Science and Technology to participate in standardization management and standard formulation and revision in the future.
