Using compressed air as the power source for dispersing flotation agents, the equipment itself has no operating components, no noise, and basically no maintenance workload, with good reliability.
The required compressed air has a low wind pressure (<0.1MPa), low air volume (about 2.0m3/h), and very low power consumption.
According to the principle of compressed air injection, the flotation agent is atomized with good dispersibility; The coal slurry and atomized flotation agent are repeatedly dropped by the upper and lower sliding plates, and fully mixed to reduce the amount of flotation agent used.
The resistance of coarse and fine coal particles passing through the upper and lower sliding plates is different. The pre-treatment time of low ash coarse coal is extended, which can form sufficient oil film and increase the strength of adhesion with bubbles; The fine mud with high ash content floats with the water flow, shortening the pre-treatment time, avoiding excessive adsorption of flotation agents, improving the sorting selectivity of the flotation machine, reducing the ash content of clean coal, and improving the flotation performance indicators.
